Overview

OpenAlice is an open-source AI trading agent platform built as a TypeScript monorepo. The core engine, its registry, router and guard pipeline, is maintained upstream; my work rides on those interfaces across 28 authored commits, verified against the git log rather than estimated. Most of it is risk controls, limiting what the agents are permitted to do. The fix I am happiest with corrected a case where those limits were also rejecting orders that would have reduced risk, which is exactly the situation the limits exist to allow.

Outcomes & Impact

  • ✓28 authored commits, verified against the git log
  • ✓Risk controls constraining agent trading behavior
  • ✓Correctness fix for limits blocking risk-reducing orders
  • ✓Signal router expanded to cover more inputs
